You couldn't ask for anything better, this place ticks all the box's, the attention to detail is truly amazing from the arrival hamper to medicine cabinet. I challenge anybody to stay and find something they need that is not there. The hosts have done an outstanding job.

Absolutely fabulous house. Everything you need plus a little bit more. Fantastic welcome basket including Prosecco, chocolate for the kids plus crisps and crackers. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided plus plenty of oils and spices for cooking. Slight problem with the heating on arrival but Bruce the owner was round within 5 minutes to sort it out . Top quality fixtures, fittings and bedding. 5 star luxury throughout.

We spent Christmas and New Year at Linwood with our family and had a wonderful stay. The hosts were fantastic very friendly, responsive, and helpful with any questions or requests we had. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and truly looked magical, making the festive season feel extra special. Everything is thought of from a gorgeous welcome hamper to games. We made some lovely memories and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Linwood to others.

Property is absolutely beautiful! Well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated house. As a large group only thing we thought house needed was a coat and shoe rack. Beds super comfy slept so well and of course the addition of a hot tub was a real treat especially for the children Sky tv with Netflix and iplayer all signed in was great for rainy days. This is a fantastic property with absolutely everything you could possibly need to feel like home. We had a very busy week entertaining the kids with all the delights that Blackpool has to offer, to return at the end of a busy day to this beautiful property with plenty of room for us all to relax was just blissful, the hot tub was a bonus. It's in a perfect location, just 20 minutes walk from the tramway and a further 10 minutes to a lovely beach. Excellent communication from owners on arrangements for arrival and departure. Thank for a fantastic stay, we hope to return in the future.

From stepping into the property,we felt relaxed alexa was playing music and the heating and lighting was on to make it comfortable. There was a lovely comprehensive welcome pack, and a big jar of dog treats which our 2 dogs enjoyed. It was lovely and clean with gorgeous decor, the bed was very comfortable and the garden was very safe for our dogs. We enjoyed the hottub and it was nice and clean. When we needed to contact the owners they answered us straight away with no hassle. The area the property is located in felt very safe and secure and neighbours friendly. Over all a very enjoyable stay.

Linwood is a stunning house with a lovely garden. It is well equipped with everything you need. We had a really great time staying here. The hot tub is an exceptional feature. This was truly everything we were looking for. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

This property and garden area were both amazing particularly the hot tub. Exceeded expectations from the photos. Furnished to a very high standard and the beds were extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout. The welcome basket was carefully thought out with the addition of sweets which my granddaughter enjoyed! We had great difficulty in locating the property. Linwood is not located on Linden Green as shown on google maps and as Sykes directions. If apptoaching along Holmfield Avenue turn right into Linden Close do not turn left into Linden Green carry on up Linden Close Linwood is the last house on the left. Apart from this we had a lovely holiday.

An absolute wow. Everything so perfect from start to finish. The best accommodation I have stayed in from location to the house it's self, everything there you could imagine and beautifully furnished. Had a lovely stay at Linwood. The house was as described in details. Everything was clean and tidy. Very quiet area. Good location, walked into Cleveleys, it was about 20minutes. Kitchen was well equipped, didnt want for anything. Superb welcome hamper. Just one thing the bedroom on top floor has no curtains on the three windows and the light shines through and you really dont want to be awake early when you are on holiday!! Would definitely go back.

The property really exceeded expectations. It was decorated lovely, everything worked oven, tvs , lights etc which was a first and the communication from the owners was excellent. The size of the rooms were amazing the bedrooms in particular and it felt so homely. The hot tub was really good as well. Good location near to lots of things to do, plus a local hickory's restaurant branch nearby! Will definitely be coming back, although is it possible to get a blind for the windows in the attic room as I imagine it would be light in the summer months in the morning?

Linwood is an absolutely stunning property with everything you need and more. It is a real home from home and feels very welcoming. The owner was really helpful with any questions I had and I would highly recommend this house. The decor is fabulous with so many finishing touches that you notice something new all the time and although we didnt have the best weather, it was very peaceful to sit in the conservatory looking out at the lovely garden. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and sitting in the hot tub while listening to the rain is a great experience. This review probably doesnt do the house justice and I will definitely return to this property.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our holiday home Linwood is a lovely large, immaculately clean, beautiful house with everything provided for a most enjoyable holiday. Good well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, amazing big garden and hot tub. Loved sitting in the conservatory with the pretty tree lights on in the evening made it so cosy, lovely bedrooms, master bedroom was amazing and bed so comfortable. Welcome basket was nice too. Recommend visiting Forest of Bowland and Bowland Food Hall Clitheroe for good food also Whelans fish & chip shop Lytham St Annes. Would like to stay again as plenty to do in the lovely Lancashire area.
