This restored property sleeps 15 guests across seven bedrooms making it perfect for large family gatherings or group celebrations. The enclosed garden features a relaxing hot tub and off-road parking accommodates eight cars.

The farmhouse sits in rolling countryside on the edge of the Lake District. You're just minutes from Hadrian's Wall and surrounded by peaceful rural landscapes that offer complete privacy for your group.

Accommodation includes two double en-suite rooms, two twin en-suite rooms, one single room and two family rooms (one double plus single en-suite, another double plus single on the second floor). Seven bathrooms serve all guests. The games room and bar area provide excellent entertainment space whilst the conservatory, sitting room and dining room offer multiple social areas.

Birdoswald Roman Fort (4 miles, 8 minutes), Talkin Tarn (6 miles, 12 minutes), Roman Army Museum (8 miles, 15 minutes) and Brampton market town (3 miles, 6 minutes) provide excellent group activities and historical exploration opportunities.
