This was the first time we have staid at Kolbeh. The property was absolutely stunning and had everything we could have needed. We very much liked the welcome pack that the owner sent us, it was very interesting to see about the property and also all the info we needed even with walks shown and places to eat shop etc.. it was very useful on your phones rather than in the house as it was always with us. The property was very comfortable, and very beautifully done. The first night we found that the lake was just 5 mins across the road, down a footpath, stunning scenery. The area around the property was so lovely with the sheep roaming about. We will definitely be visiting again as it was the most perfect location for many many walks.. we would very highly recommend this property and owner.

Beautiful accommodation spotlessly clean lovely peaceful setting well equipped could not find fault, would highly recommend, would stay again.
One loo broke while we were there had happened two weeks ago apparently. The upstairs loo flush was very weakworryingafraid to use that loo! Otherwise it was a perfect retreat. We loved the set up and facilities. Well equipped. Very clean. Spacious and airy. Nice to have the underfloor heating and decent utility room for washing wet and muddy clothes. Never been asked to strip the bed before leaving a holiday let before but wasnt a major drama. Would have appreciated some info on local walks. Hope to return and wish the owners all the very best with their lovely holiday venture.

Excellent property in a superb high spec. Perfect size and well setup for a family getaway in the Lakes. House is very well equipped we didnt really need anything we brought as its so well stocked. A true treat and we will be booking again for next year.
