Woodlands was very clean and bedspillows were very comfortable. There were 6 of us staying for the weekend. The main sitting room would not accommodate 8 guests sitting comfortably and it was rather disappointing that 2 of the chairs were kitchen chairs in the bay window, behind the TV. The very modern hob was very complicated. We had a problem with the cinema TV which was rectified very quickly by the owner. Parking even close to the property was a nightmare as it is a very busy street with adjacent streets being mainly double yellow lines

Thank you for a beautiful stay. Your house is amazing. Cinema room amazing. Very clean. The only negative I would say is that the hot water tap in the kitchen wasn't very hot.

Had a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. This was our first vacation with our entire family in along time and was perfectly setup for family activities. It was perfectly setup for family activities. We did find the heating system a bit complicate to work, otherwise all other amenities were wonderful.

Beautiful house, cinema room is amazing! Kitchen is very well designed! Heating was difficult to work & main bedroom was cold, but the whole house was lovely.

Fantastic place to stay in a handy location for local shops and cafes and the train station. The cinema room was a massive highlight of our whole weekend away. The whole house was really comfortable and cosy, especially welcome on cold winters evenings. The kitchen is well equipped too. Would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our property for our holiday group of one Grannie and three teenage granddaughters! A bedroom each, a cinema room and plenty of space to relax it's location to Windermere village is perfect

We have been to Windermere many times over the 20 times in various locations. Some cheaper & some much more expensive, but this for us was the best! Never had a heating on much as it's such toasty house. Cinema room is amazing with three children. Love it was decorated for Christmas, was not expected! If I was being picky, the water pressure could be slightly better. We will be back! Thank you.

Simply amazing place, everything you need to relax and enjoy your time spent here. Extremely clean with all the little extras available. Have already recommended to friends and family. The location is perfect to simply walk straight out of the house to your activities as its set not to far from everything. Overall had the best weekend with my ladies.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Very clean with everything you could want. Particularly liked the movie room.

We stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends. There were 8 of us, 4 couples. The entrance is very welcoming, tidy and neat. The dining table was great. Ample size for us all. The lounge area seated 5 comfortably, 6 was a squeeze and the other two adults had to sit on a dining chair. Not great for comfort. We did say that in the bay window, they was possibly room for another lounge seat. The kitchen was great. Bright,clean with all necessities. The cinema room in the basement was an amazing addition although we didnt get a chance to use it. Kids and movie buffs would be delighted,Im sure. The bedrooms are beautifully presented and spacious, although the bedroom at the rear of the property was a little tight for two adults. The main bedroom with the roll top bath was so gorgeous! We all wanted that room, you could have a bath in the sumptuous bubble bath and watch the tv! Bliss. Bathrooms are also well presented, especially the shared shower room on the first flooramazing decor! The showers werent power showers but the toiletries were a nice touch. Posh ones! Theres a tiny yard out the back, just for bins really but there is a nice seating area at the front of the house. Again, well maintained and tidy. We had a lovely stay at Woodlands and would definitely return. Its in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, only a short stroll from the centre of the village. Neighbouring Bowness a 20min walk or 5 minute car journey away. With the outstanding natural beauty of Lake Windermere right there. Breathtaking.

Excellent accommodation. Loved the cinema room, although only seating for 5 people so not sure how you would manage if there were 8 people staying. Description says house is for 8 people. Minor things to point out 1. Description should point out that one of 1st floor doubles is only 34 queen bed and room would be small for 2 people. 2. Ran out of toilet rolls and dish washer tabs in 4 days had to buy. Otherwise great and enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay within a great location. This is our second time at the property and loved it just as much as the first, would highly recommend.
