Lovely big house, great location so close to the promenade and beach. We could walk to the train station easily. Pity there is no garden and only two toilets in such a big accommodation. The shower in the top bathroom did not drain away effectively so you were showering with a fear of the water coming over the shower base. Needs looked at. Kitchen was great, fully equipped. The fact there was no washing machine was disappointing, as I had assumed the property would have one, although it is not included in the description I had assumed there would be one. The house inside was clean, but it was very disappointing and very disgusting the amount of catfox poops at the back door!!! At least 20 totally disgusting. Taking rubbish out to the bin was not a nice experience!

The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Just a couple of niggles The locks on the bathroom showers altho present did not work very well, and as there is no washing machine drier, a couple of airers in the cellar would be useful to dry towels after going to the beach. Otherwise Super. Karen Hadden.

A really well presented spacious holiday home with lots of room for everybody. It was clean on arrival and had some basics to start our stay off. We found parking spaces in the next road as there is limited parking in the street and we were unable to access the parking space behind it as scaffolding was blocking one entrance to the alleyway and a car was blocking the other entrance. It was only a 2 minute walk away. The one improvement I think it needs is locks on the bathroom doors.

This property has been beautifully refurbished with everything that we could possibly need. Cleanliness was faultless something that is really important to us! The only issue that we had is with the parking. There is only parking space for one car but we could not access that on more than one occasion as the entrance was blocked by inconsiderate parkers. The property street and those streets towards the promenade are all limited parking it took us a while to realise that the streets away from the prom are unlimited parking.

We would highly recommend this house for a large family or friends gathering. The house is decorated to a high standard with lots of nice touches and details in every room. It is very spacious and comfortable and close to local amenities and the beach. The only facility we missed was a washing machine.

This property was almost perfect in every way. The house itself is amazing with a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of room for a family of 12 too. Also the location is brilliant. 2 minute walk to a small supermarket and bakery, 5 minute walk to the beach, bus stop right outside. What a lovely house. It was beautifully decorated and finished. It was very well equipped and laid out. Parking was the only issue but thats not a critique at the house as its is a busy area. All of the instructions were clear and we had no problems with the house at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
