The Old Coach House Reviews

Stefan
We spent 4 days at The Old Coach House as a family of four adults and five children it was a fantastic place to say. The house was spotlessly clean, well maintained and spacious with more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The layout worked really well for a big family and the children especially loved having space to play. Everything we needed was provided, and the house felt homely, welcoming and thoughtfully set up. The location was also ideal peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to local amenities. We had a brilliant stay, and it suited us perfectly. We were really sad to have to leave. Thank you for having us!
We had a wonderful stay at the Old Coach House. Lovely accommodation and big enough for a family get together for three generations. Great to have a bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor. We had some minor issues with the heating, but the owner was happy to help. Some instructions would be useful for future guests. Great location, with lots of eating options around the Ribble Valley and plenty for the kids to do, including Blackpool Zoo. We hope to come back in the future.
Andrew
A fabulous property that enabled two families to share time together in a relaxed setting with all the comfort of home and a spa pool to add a touch of luxury. John was very helpful and on the end of a phone if we had any questions.
This is a wonderful property. It is beautifully furnished and well maintained. There was something for everyone in our party of 8 to do within the property and the surrounding area. We especially loved the hot tub and gardens. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who made sure that we had everything we needed. We thoroughly recommend The Old Coach House for a perfect family holiday, without any hesitation!
Chayim
I would strongly advise thinking twice before booking this cottage, the kitchen has rugs on the floor which feels unhygienic, the bathroom has carpet which is completely unsuitable, and the dining chairs all have cushions that are bound to get dirty. The biggest issue is that I was charged 550 allegedly for damages, so unless you are prepared to pay this after your stay, it is not worth it. The twin bedroom has no windows, it is right next to the boiler room so it becomes unbearably hot, and it has no cupboards or storage at all. Overall this was a very disappointing experience, the cottage feels like a trap with its setup and excessive charges, and I would not recommend it.
A fabulous wellkept property with lots of thoughtful touches highly recommended!
