Basicly superb. we had a great week and Bradaca was like a Dr Who's Tardis. The welcome hamper set the style for the week. 1 or 2 points however. Difficult Communications with Sykes initially no receipt for our payment was easily produced and we lost the directions e mail somewhere so it was difficult finding the house particularly at night after an 8 hour drive and the house name is small and on a dark slate! We could not get the main bedroom and bathroom central heating to work correctly everywhere else nice and warm but it is cold in February. We also were a bit vague as to how to dispose of our rubbish. The black bags provided were not accepted by the Dustmen as they want to see what rubbish goes where! Last small point the full flush on the downstairs loo did not work and no hand towel was provided for this W.C.

Perfect for a family holiday. Plenty of space and well equipped. Beautiful views to the Farne islands and Bamburgh castle and a short stroll to all of the amenities in Seahouses. The Kitchen is to die for. We will be back. Dogs loved it too!

Bradacar is a very special house the location is superb with incredible views, easy access to the beach and walking distance to all the amenities Seahouses has to offer. But what makes it so special is how comfortable and well equipped it is so you have everything you need whatever the weather or time of year. The huge kitchendiner is very well equipped and a great space for a large family. The lounge and main bedroom have fantastic views enabling you to just sit and enjoy even when the weather is poor. The dog room with a stair gate enabling the most important member of the family to have his own quiet safe space was a real bonus for us. There is even a play room in the annex which would be brilliant for those with young children. Definitely the best holiday home weve ever stayed in and we cant wait to return.

Would like to thank the owners for a great house! Well equipped and clean and spacious. The little room for children is a fabulous asset even though we didnt have children with us . Beautiful view from the property and a great garden for our dog. Ideal to walk into seahouses which has some lovely local shops and pubs to visit .Really enjoyed our time here with our friends.

This is the fourth time that we have stayed and love the location. The house is gorgeous and well stocked. We use as a base to meet as family and guess what booked for next year already.

Bradacar is beautiful. We have stayed at other properties offered by this company on the front at Seahouses and this property is worth the xtra money. However, Im a sucker for good service and, over the years of using this company when I ring up to book the accommodation, I feel the service at the office has gone downhill. I dont feel there is the usual warm geordie reception any longer and I feel this beautiful property deserves more.

We had a fabulous stay at Bradacar. The house is beautiful, luxuriously comfortable and extremely well equipped, one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. We had loads of space for 8 adults and our dog, we particularly appreciated the enclosed garden which even our Houdini dog could not escape from! The location of the house is wonderful, right on the beach but an easy walk into Seahouses. We also enjoyed the spectacular sea views and sunset walks on the beach. We are hoping to come back next year we really did have an amazing holiday.

A fabulous house in a superb location for the beach and indeed the village centre. Beautifully renovated. A couple of minor points as there werent any dog towels available but had been listed in the description, also the large French windows were dirty inside and out from previous guests and lastly would have been a good idea to put a dish cloth and dish washing brush and milk in the welcome pack. Would love to stay again and will certainly recommend to others

We have just had a fabulous week in Bradacar, its a beautiful holiday from start to finish. Although the wind blew most of the time we were warm and cosy snuggled up by the fires. Its in a fantastic location, across from the beach and only a short walk from town.

It is the most amazing house in a great location. We have had a fabulous week. Facilities are of the highest quality. This is our second visit and I am sure we will book again all being well

Bradacar is a beautiful house in a stunning location overlooking the sea and beach . A lot of thought has been put into everything provided to make the perfect vacation.

We absolutely love this house, we have stayed here twice now and it&rsquos just wonderful. Great location, beautifully decorated and everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

The photos don&39t do this propery justice. It was excellently appointed with an amazing, massive, kitchen for entertaining and preparing meals. The finish if of a really high standard throughout and the children&39s play room is a real bonus even though we didn&39t have children. We will certainly come back when we do.

Probably the best holiday let that I and our family have ever been to. Everything necessary was provided and we particularly liked the things provided for the children.
