This is a really excellent, comfortable, characterful house in a nice quiet location. The cottage is lovely and warm with high quality bedding and towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom fittings are of good quality. We have stayed in many cottages and this is easily one of the better ones.
A lovely place to stay with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable beds for all. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a sweet welcome of biscuits and wine perhaps tea and coffee for the arrival day would be good lovely bathrooms with gorgeous towels more hand soap and shower gel and loo rolls would be even better It was very cosy in the house which was welcome after the wet weather we had! It was perhaps too warm at night and we needed advice about turning down the heating over night but we really appreciated the cosy feel of the whole house. Lots to do in the house too with shelves full of books and games and an amazing television entertainment centre with plenty of choice. A fabulous place to be surrounded by beautiful scenery. Would love to return in the summer. Great shops and facilities nearby too. Would highly recommend this beautiful place. We had an awesome stay. Thank you.
We stayed at 1 The Green for a family celebration. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location of the house is perfect, very close to the village of Silverdale which has pubs shops and restaurants. The gardens around the house are fabulous, unfortunately it was winter time so we couldnt take advantage of this wonderful space. An exceptional house. Loved our stay.

Fantastic property spacious both inside and out, with more than enough space for 9 plus the dog. This property will definitely be on our list to return.
We had a very good long weekend as a family group of 9. The house is delightful and we made good use of the garden. We did various local walks. Silverdale is lovely.

1 The Green is a gorgeous place to unwind and relax. Full of character and spiders!!. The outdoor space is amazing, lots of space for the kids to run around and for the adults to sit and chill. We only stayed 4 nights this time, but we will definitely be booking a longer stay when we return.
