163 Manchester Road Reviews

Gaynor
We were all extremely impressed by the quality of the property, the decor was lovely very clean, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The games room was great for keeping our 10yearold entertained along with the hottub. All the beds were comfortable with cosy duvets, the on suite came in handy with four females in the house. The kitchen area was well equipped and modern. we will certainly use this venue again and won't hesitate to recommend it.
Sharon
Beautiful property. Clean and well maintained. Lovely big hot tub. Nice touch having a selection of games to play.
Vincent
We had a great holiday, the house was beautiful and had all, and more, of the amenities that we required. The host arranged parking for us at the property, so there was no problems when we arrived. The house was very clean and well maintained, which is very important to us. The house is on the outskirts of the town, but there is a bus service every 15 minutes, passing the front door if required. We did a lot of hiking during the holiday, there are plenty of walks to choose from. Thanks again for a great holiday. Vince Sheila
Wow what a Fantastic house everything for everyone couldn't fault the property ... Wow what a Fantastic house everything for everyone couldn't fault the property at all Just a couple of very slight hiccups both the front room and front bedroom curtains fell down but with the help of ladders in the basement we were able to put them back up so no big thing Please convey our sincere thanks to the owner couldn't wish for a better place to stay
Rebecca
We had lovely girly time in the property. The house was brilliant with everything we needed and more. The only things it lacked was a table in the back garden and hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels after showering. Apart from this we couldn't fault it.
Spent an unbelievable weekend here at 163 Manchester road with all my friends. The owners couldnt be more helpful, we travelled from Ireland to Manchester for a festival and they were very accommodating helping us with all of our needs , even arranged a taxi service from the airport and even to and from the festival we attended very short drive into Manchester City centre if anyone else is planning on travelling from abroad. the hot tub was a great addition , rooms were all very clean and comfy , the games room was great fun would be ideal for kids , the living room was great with recliner couches. The house was very clean and had everything we needed no complaints from all 8 of us.This house really exceeded our already very high expectations. A very big Thanks to Christopher and Simon for everything the accommodation made our weekend that bit better creating many memories.THE BEST AIR BNBSKYES HOUSE IVE EVER BOOKED !!!!
Beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, and the Hot tub was great fun. The only thing we would suggest is a TV in the games room and a microwave.
Gillian
What a stunning place. Just everything you need. It's a place I would say it's a must to go and stay there. Simon the owner was always on hand for any questions. There is a pub next door and you need to go there as well the food was the best I've ever had. I will defiantly go again. So piece full. Gillian

163 Manchester road did not disappoint! It is exactly like the pictures and more. The hot tub and games room were a hit with our three boys. The house was very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a weeks break. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. We visited Cleveleys, Southport, Blackpool and Leyland. The house itself has no car parking facilities and the road is quite busy, however we were always able to park both cars in the road beside the house. The pub beside the house was great for drinks and food. The food was fab and great value for money. The staff were very welcoming. Communication with the owner was good, any questions were answered and addressed.
